The "North Macedonia Investment Opportunities" meeting, organized jointly by the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Orhangazi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was held with the participation of North Macedonian Ambassador to Ankara Jovan Manasijevski and North Macedonian Honorary Consul in Bursa Halil Bedzeti.

The meeting, which was also attended by Orhangazi Mayor Bekir Aydın, Orhangazi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Erol Hatırlı, and Assembly Speaker Cem Kapitan, attracted considerable interest from the business community.

In his opening remarks, Galip Atik, Vice Chairman of the YTSO Board of Directors, emphasized the importance of intercity economic relations in a globalizing world, emphasizing Yalova's status as a rising star in Turkey with its industrial, agricultural, logistics, and tourism potential. Atik stated that they attach great importance to such programs to open new markets for the business world and connect members with international opportunities.

In his speech, Orhangazi Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman Erol Hatırlı thanked the participants for their enthusiastic participation in the event and stated that their members always support the development of trade relations with North Macedonia.

Following remarks by North Macedonian Ambassador to Ankara Jovan Manasijevski, the program continued with a presentation on investment and trade opportunities by North Macedonian Honorary Consul in Bursa Halil Bedzeti. Bedzeti provided detailed information on investment missions, economic data, the financial and administrative structure, sectors that offer investment opportunities, financial support for companies seeking investment, and free zones. Following the presentation, the ambassador answered questions from the participants.

At the end of the event, YTSO Chairman Cemil Demiryürek hosted the delegation in his office for a mutual exchange of views. Demiryürek expressed his pleasure at hosting the North Macedonian delegation in Yalova and Orhangazi and stated that the cooperation between the two chambers will continue to grow in the coming period. He also stated that efforts will continue for new joint programs and projects to develop trade relations with North Macedonia.
