The "Memories of Atatürk" program was held.
The "Memories of Atatürk" program, organized in collaboration with the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Uzmanlar College, and the Yürüyen Köşk Association, and featuring Mustafa Kemal Ulusu as a speaker, was held.
The program was attended by Yalova Governor Dr. Ahmet Hamdi Usta, Republican People's Party Yalova Member of Parliament Tahsin Becan, Yalova Mayor Mehmet Gürel, YTSO Board Chairman Cemil Demiryürek, Vice Chairman Galip Atik, and numerous other guests.
Before the program, a band performance was given by Uzmanlar College students. Metin Erdoğan, in his opening speech, emphasized the importance of passing on Atatürk's memories to future generations.
Following this, Mustafa Kemal Ulusu took the stage and shared memories from his book, "Beside Atatürk," which he wrote based on anecdotes he heard from his father, Nuri Ulusu, who was Atatürk's librarian at Çankaya Palace, and his grandfather, Hacı Tevfik Ulusu, who was a captain on the Bandırma Ferry.
At the end of the program, waltz and zeybek dances were performed by students from Uzmanlar College, and the event was followed with great interest by the participants.
