The Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry Successfully Completed the TOBB Accreditation System Development Visit
As part of its efforts to continuously improve the quality of services it provides to its members, the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry successfully completed the TOBB Accreditation System Development Visit. During the two-day evaluation process conducted by Turkish Lloyd Lead Auditor Mümin Bakkal, the Chamber’s corporate governance approach, service processes, and continuous improvement initiatives were thoroughly reviewed.
Throughout the two-day development visit, while the work carried out under the TOBB Accreditation System was evaluated, practices related to strategic management, member satisfaction, process management, performance monitoring, organizational development, and service standards were discussed in detail.
Following the opening meeting, which was attended by YTSO Board Member Turhan Soysal, the development visit began, Secretary General Taner Eriş, Deputy Secretary General Tolga Akıncı, Management Systems and Accreditation Specialist İbrahim Akkanat, Press, Publications, and Information Technology Specialist Necat Rüzgar, and the heads of relevant departments provided the audit team with comprehensive information regarding the ongoing work and practices.
