TOBB Nefes Loan Applications Begin on June 8th.
Cemil Demiryürek, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry, announced that applications for the TOBB Nefes Credit, relaunched in cooperation with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), the Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), and banks to facilitate SMEs' access to finance, will begin on Monday, June 8, 2026.
In a statement on the subject, Cemil Demiryürek said, "According to information received from our Union, businesses that are members of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges affiliated with TOBB can apply for the TOBB Nefes Credit. Applications will begin on June 8, 2026."
"Under the new TOBB Nefes Credit, a company can use a maximum of 3 million TL in credit. Loans will be granted with a maximum term of 48 months, including a 6-month grace period for principal payments. Interest rates will be 36% per annum for terms up to 24 months and 34% per annum for terms over 24 months."
Demiryürek stated that in the first phase of the 2026 TOBB Nefes Credit program, a credit volume of 25 billion TL will be made available to the business world, and that with new tranches to be announced during the year, the total credit volume is targeted to reach 100 billion TL.
Recalling that 61,000 firms benefited from financing support under the TOBB Nefes Credit program, which was implemented in three phases in 2025, and that the total credit volume reached 81 billion TL, Demiryürek stated that the aim in the new period is to support businesses' access to financing.

Applications for the TOBB Nefes Credit can be made through the branches of Akbank, DenizBank, QNB Bank, T.C. Ziraat Bankası, Garanti BBVA, Türkiye Halk Bankası, Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası, Yapı Kredi Bankası, and Ziraat Katılım Bankası.
