A meeting of the Young Route Working Group, established in collaboration with the Yalova Governorship, Yalova Provincial Directorate of National Education, Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YTSO), and the Yalova Entrepreneurial Women's Association, was held to support the development of vocational high schools, increase their enrollment rates, and strengthen the direct participation of graduating young people in the workforce.

During the meeting, parents of 8th-grade students from Cumhuriyet Middle School, Rahmi Tokay Middle School, and 700th Year Osmangazi Middle School were informed about the importance of vocational education and the opportunities it offers.

The program began with an opening speech by Oya Akbulut, President of the Yalova Entrepreneurial Women's Association. Following this, Özge Yılmaz, representative of Yalova Machinery Organized Industrial Zone; Kazım Demirtaş, official from Okaytaş Mining; Nuriye Özkanoğlu, official from Özkanoğlu Machinery; and Anıl Tütüncü, Human Resources Manager of Cemre Shipyard, shared their sector experiences with the participants.

Following the sharing of experiences, a mutual consultation took place, during which parents' questions regarding vocational high schools, the selection process, and the participation of vocational high school graduates in the workforce were answered.
