The Vocational and Technical Education Fair (METEF), organized under the coordination of the Yalova Provincial Directorate of National Education, opened its doors with a program held at the 15 July Democracy and Republic Square.

The opening of the fair, held under the slogan "If You Have a Profession, You Have a Future!", was attended by Yalova Governor Ahmet Hamdi Usta and provincial protocol officials. Representing the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YTSO), our Chairman of the Board Cemil Demiryürek, Board Member Turhan Soysal, Assembly Member Metin Soysal, and Academy Board Chairman Köksal Ketenci visited the fair.

Within the scope of the fair, awards were presented to vocational high school students who achieved national-level success by Yalova Governor Ahmet Hamdi Usta and YTSO Chairman of the Board Cemil Demiryürek.

Throughout the program, the YTSO delegation and Yalova Governor Ahmet Hamdi Usta visited the stands in the fair area, receiving information about the projects, practical work, and educational activities prepared by the students.

At the fair organized in Yalova to promote, develop, and strengthen the ties between vocational and technical education and the sector, the projects and works prepared by students throughout the year were presented to visitors at the stands opened by vocational and technical education institutions.

During the two-day event, applications in different fields of vocational education, student projects, and various activities will continue to be presented to the people of Yalova.
