YTSO’s 7th Professional Committee Holds Its Monthly Regular Meeting
The 7th Professional Committee of the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YTSO) held its monthly regular meeting to discuss issues on the agenda of the banking and insurance sectors.
The meeting, chaired by Committee Chair Tuncay Deniz, was attended by Committee Vice Chair Ayşegül Karayavuz, Committee Members Ercan Özel, Rahmi Üstel, and Özgür Avan, as well as YTSO Deputy Secretary General Tolga Akıncı.
In the first part of the meeting, İbrahim Akkanat, YTSO’s Management Systems and Accreditation Specialist, provided a briefing on the Chamber’s Quality Management and Accreditation Systems. The presentation focused on the development of institutional service standards, increasing member satisfaction, and the contribution of professional committees to these processes.
Following the briefing, the agenda items were discussed, and views were exchanged regarding sector-specific issues and proposed solutions.
