1st Professional Committee Holds Monthly Regular Meeting 05.11.2026
The Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YTSO) 1st Professional Committee held its monthly regular meeting, evaluating the issues on the agenda of its members operating in the food, restaurant, and food and beverage sectors, as well as sectoral developments.
The meeting, chaired by Professional Committee President Muhammet Mustafa Takat, was attended by Committee Vice President Davut Cengiz and Committee Members Mustafa Dağ, Nihat Tümer, and Sümeyye Baş.
In the first part of the meeting, İbrahim Akkanat, YTSO Management Systems and Accreditation Specialist, provided information about the Chamber's Quality Management and Accreditation Systems. The presentation shared information on how quality management and accreditation efforts contribute to the development of corporate service standards, increasing member satisfaction, and the contributions that professional committees can make to these processes.
Following the briefing, the agenda items were addressed, discussing the problems faced by businesses operating in the food and food and beverage sectors, the demands and expectations of members, and proposed solutions for the development of the sectors. Committee members shared feedback and suggestions from the field, evaluating current issues affecting businesses' operations, sectoral needs, and ways to improve service quality. They also emphasized the importance of conveying the raised issues and demands to the relevant institutions and organizations and following up on the resolution processes.
