As a result of the researches carried out throughout Yalova in order to contribute to the creation of a common mind covering the whole city in the determination of the basic strategies and activity plans regarding the city, in the implementation and monitoring processes, as a result of the researches carried out throughout Yalova, it will be seen that nearly 50% of the population does not have enough information about OIZs, it will have a positive impact on employment and the economy of the province. It has been observed that they have concerns about traffic density and traffic.

Again, in the meeting, they should complete their formation in the understanding of sustainable development, which respects the historical, cultural, natural and similar values ​​related to the identity of the city, contributes to the effective, efficient and fair use of the city's resources in order to improve the quality of life of the city; It has been stated that even if the purchases of OIZs are 5% higher in the urban economy, making them from our province will provide maximum benefit to our tradesmen.

Tahsin BECAN, Chairman of the Board of Directors of YTSO, who made an evaluation speech after the meeting, said, “Our High Advisory Board, which we formed in order to contribute to the creation of a common mind covering the whole city in the determination of the basic strategies and activity plans regarding the city, in the implementation and monitoring processes. They got an idea about it. As it can be understood from the presentations made, when the factories in OIZs are completed and started to operate within 3 years, there will be serious increases in the business and turnover of our existing businesses in Yalova. In this sense, it is an important issue for our members to develop their companies based on these developments and to plan in order to meet future demands. As it can be understood from the results of the survey we have made and the presentations made by the OIZs, there will also be an increase in population in our city. For this reason, our local municipalities should also plan their studies on urbanization, taking into account this increasing population potential. It will be beneficial for our city, together with our municipalities and members, to prepare and plan all Yalova for these developments in the next 3 years.
