A delegation from the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (YTSO) visited Didem Tunçbilek, General Manager of AKSA Acrylic, and Ceyhan Arık, Chairman of the Board of Directors of YALKİM Organized Industrial Zone (OSB) and also General Manager of AKSET Energy. Also present at the meeting were Özkan Anafarta, Regional Manager of YALKİM OSB, and Hande İpek, Public Relations Coordinator for AKKÖK Holding Yalova Companies. The discussions focused on Yalova's economic development, increasing local employment, and strengthening cooperation between the business world and industry.
The visit was attended by YTSO (Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Board Chairman Cemil Demiryürek, Assembly President Muhammet Sarıoğlu, Board Members Tamer Yazıcı, Turhan Soysal and Murat Yürektürk, YTSO Women Entrepreneurs Board Vice Presidents Gülay Sümerler Akdemir and Burcu Aslan Kurtulmuş, YTSO Young Entrepreneurs Board President Oğuzhan Uzun, Yalova Entrepreneurial Women's Association (YAGİKAD) President Nuriye Özkanoğlu, and YTSO General Secretary Taner Eriş.
During the meeting, the development of local employment, strengthening commercial relations between Yalova's business community and industrial organizations, and collaborating on joint projects were discussed. Ideas were exchanged particularly on increasing cooperation between vocational schools and the private sector, preparing young people for employment, supporting women's employment, and ensuring stronger participation in production processes.
The importance of projects that will contribute to Yalova's economic and social development was highlighted, and it was emphasized that strengthening cooperation between the public sector, private sector, and civil society organizations is of great value for regional development.
The YTSO delegation thanked AKSA Acrylic General Manager Didem Tunçbilek for her gracious hospitality and expressed their hope that joint efforts contributing to Yalova's development would continue to increase in the future.
