A delegation from the Yalova Chamber of Commerce and Industry attended the 82nd General Assembly, which was held with the presence of the Minister of Trade, Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat.

The delegation included: YTSO Chairman Cemil Demiryürek, Assembly Vice Chairman Hakan Gençer, TOBB Delegates Tamer Yazıcı, Turhan Soysal and Mustafa Dağ, Board Member Ünal Yıldız, 1st Professional Committee Chairman Gökan Doğan, Women Entrepreneurs Board Chairman Hayrete Yenikan, Young Entrepreneurs Board Chairman Oğuzhan Uzun, High Advisory Board Member Vedat Yalçın and General Secretary Taner Eriş.

In his speech, TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu said:

“I thank all the Chamber of Commerce and Industry presidents, council members, delegates, and women and young entrepreneurs who participated from all 81 provinces and districts. Together with our chambers and exchanges, we will continue to monitor, voice, and find solutions to the problems of our members. All countries are concerned with protecting their own production capacity. We too must view our companies and production facilities as our national wealth; we must protect them to prevent damage to our country's production, investment, employment, and export capacity. During this period, we need to design a comprehensive ‘Industrial Protection and Transformation Strategy.’”

As YTSO, we hope that the TOBB 82nd General Assembly Program will be beneficial for our country, our business world, and our community; and we wish that the decisions taken within the scope of the general assembly will bring fruitful results to our industrialists, our members, and our country's economy.
